Cakes of cheese dough Baby
This is actually two cakes from one simple and delicious test. Tiny eateries cakes with potato stuffing and Apple flavored biscuit for tea! For the recipe thank you Irina (Brigami).

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla sugar

Butter RUB on a coarse grater.

In the same capacity on a coarse grater grate the cheese.

Add milk, salt, flour.

Knead homogeneous dough. Roll into a ball and refrigerate for an hour.

For the first filling in ready mashed potatoes add fried in a small amount of vegetable oil onion. Stir. For the second filling - apples are cleaned and cut into cubes.

Take the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into two parts. One removed back in the fridge. The second part of the roll sausage and cut into pieces. I turned 11 the same parts.

Each part is rolled, spread the filling, a little, about half a teaspoon. The dough is not elastic, so pulling the edges will not work.

Form a Patty and put on baking tray seam side down.

From the second half of the dough, prepare the Apple biscuit. The second part of the dough roll out the layer and spread on a baking sheet or in my case, form. Sprinkle the dough with 2 tablespoons of sugar, put apples, retreating from the edge. Add the vanilla and cinnamon, I missed this step.

Gently in a circle wrap the edges of the biscuits, sprinkle with sugar. Bake cakes and biscuits in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. The pies are served hot. And the biscuits when cooled.
