Chicken liver in cream sauce
The liver for this recipe I like the most. Suited to any garnish. Tender liver, soaked in a creamy sauce will not leave anyone indifferent fans of chicken liver!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    350 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Here are the ingredients that we need.

Carrots grate on medium grater.

Onion cut into cubes.

Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

Add our liver.

And immediately the sour cream, salt, pepper and Bay leaf.

Simmer on slow fire for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed. Sour cream will connect with the juice, which will give the liver and vegetables, and you get a delicious sauce. Bon appetit!
