Braised cabbage in Czech
A few months a year we spend with family at his home in the Czech Republic. I don't like Czech cuisine. But this cabbage is like my family. Similar to our hodgepodge, but there are some nuances.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Onions cut into. Heat oil in a pan, put the onion there.

Carrots to RUB on a large grater, add to the onions.

Fry until Golden brown.

To chop the cabbage.

Add to the onions with carrots.

Fry until Golden brown cabbage, the cabbage was lightly fried, not stewed. Add the broth and cover with a lid, season with salt and pepper.

Simmer until the liquid is evaporated. Vinegar boil (I do in microwave). I had Apple cider vinegar, so this color.

Pour the cabbage with vinegar, and again cover with a lid. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes. All! Our cabbage is ready!
