Cooking
To prepare the apricots and prunes: wash, dry
5 pieces of dried apricots delay, prunes cut into 3-4 pieces, each piece put prunes inside each of dried apricots
Squeeze the juice of 1 orange
Heated it in a saucepan, put back the stuffed dried apricots, cover, cook on low heat until the apricots are soft.
Deferred apricots cut into cubes.
Almonds, pour boiling water, wait awhile, remove the skins.
Slightly dry ( I microwave half a minute) to grind into flour.
Prepared pan dimmed with baking paper, grease with butter, spread on top of ready apricots.
Beat the sugar, butter and cream cheese cream cheese can be replaced with thick cream.
One drive egg, add sifted the flour with starch, hydrated soda or baking powder, almond meal and vanilla/vanilla.
Add chopped dried apricots.
Put the dough into the form on the apricots, bake in a preheated oven 175-180 deg for 50-60 min.
Ready cake cool. By the way, at this point, you can stop, just turn the cooled cake up dried apricots, sprinkle with icing or just a powdered sugar sprinkle and you can enjoy delicious pie for tea. But as for me, with a chocolate layer tastes better:-)
The cooled cake to turn dried apricots up and cut horizontally in half. The bottom cake put into a form with removable rim.
Gelatin dissolved in a small amount of water.
Chocolate melt in the cream, add the dissolved gelatin.
Beat with the addition of cream cheese. I used Philadelphia with chocolate.
Pour the chocolate on the bottom cake.
Put on cold, let it set, cover the top with pastry, leaving in the cold for 4 hours.
For marmalade glaze, squeezing the juice from half an orange, mate you can eat;-))
The orange juice is heated, add the butter, cut marmalade (I assorted).
Boil on small fire so that the marmalade is half-melted and the mass became viscous and homogeneous.
The hot mixture is quickly spread on the surface and sides of the cake. Again, put the cold to harden. All the cake is ready!!
