Pour the saffron strands (one standard package of 0.12 grams) tablespoon of hot water and leave for 5-7 minutes.

Cut a piece of baking paper (about 40x40 cm), wet it, crumple and straightened a little, put on top of pears. Cover the pan with a lid to put on the minimum fire and simmer the pears for 20-30 minutes. Depending on their size and ripeness.

Here's the honey I used. The syrup should be boiled for 10-12 minutes so it slightly thickens. Pear feeding, watering profusely syrup.
