Puff pastry bear claws
I love puff pastry! That's the only trouble with them is much, do not take the time to prepare it. I found an alternative recipe for many years, they are already familiar and told everyone - also bake with pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Beer

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Pour into a mass of 0.5 cups of beer.

Knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap, put in freezer for 2 hours.

Remove dough, roll out the layer, cut into strips, dip one side in sugar, put on cookie sheet sugar side up, bake in the oven until it will turn brown. That's it - puff pastry is ready! Enjoy your tea!!!
