Good day, dear Cooks! I wanted to cook French chocolate tarte as soon as I learned of its existence. It is very tempting to me and my wife, the chocoholic was submitted. The result pleased both of us, so I share the recipe with You all, chocolate lovers and opposers to count calories! Just so you know, pie is VERY satisfying.

Cooking
Flour (250 grams) grind between your fingers with cold, chopped into small pieces, butter (125 gr). Add 1 egg yolk, water (30 ml), icing sugar (50 grams) and knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough under cover and with it to move on the form (my form diameter 32 cm), oiled. Remove foil, the crust often prick with a fork, cover with parchment, press on top of the package (e.g., cereals, which I was not). And send the design into the refrigerator for half an hour.
Meanwhile, prepare a filling. Chocolate (200 gr) chopped, I did it using an electric grater. Mix milk (100 ml), cream (250 ml) and butter (20 gr), bring the mixture to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and add chocolate. Wait a minute and stir. Leave to cool. 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks lightly whipped with 1 tbsp icing sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Add to chocolate mixture.
Try the stuffing, it can be bitter. In this case, add more powdered sugar (I added 1 tbsp). Basis with a cargo send in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 10 minutes, then the cargo together with the parchment to remove and bake the base for 10 more minutes (until tender). Reduce the heat to 150 C, on the basis pour the filling and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
