Whisk eggs with salt and sugar. Still whisking, pour in boiling water. Eggs are not collapsed. Without stopping whisking (at high speed), I'm a thin stream pour in boiling water, the volume greatly increases at the same time, so the dishes take a little more. Soda repay in serum. Then in the custard mixture gradually add the flour and whey with baking soda. The dough should be quite liquid, like vegetable oil. Finally add the starch. In the finished dough add 3 tbsp oil.
