Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    1 pack

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cooking

step-0
Defrost puff pastry (I left it overnight in the fridge, and that's good I have it up).
step-1
Cut the dough into 4 equal squares.
step-2
Cook chicken chops. I used thigh fillet (it's not as dry as Breasts). To beat the fillets with two sides and season with salt. It is possible at this stage to add any spices. Leave the fillets until "rest".
step-3
Mushrooms sauté in sunflower oil (I had frozen mushrooms, and I was roasted until all the liquid is evaporated)...
step-4
In the fried mushrooms add the grated cheese and sour cream and season with salt.
step-5
From the dough roll out a rectangle. On the edge lay the chicken, as I have in the photo, fillet mushrooms.
step-6
Connected to the envelope, pressing the edges with your hands. Lubricate the envelopes with the yolks (this step I didn't photograph)and send in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until a browned envelope - all ready!
step-7
Here are ruddy get our chops...
