Cutlets... chicken ventricles
Love chicken gizzards, but I only know a few dishes, a stew of different ways, soup, salads, boiled, in fact, that was all. And recently a friend shared the recipe meatballs of them. Made several times already, really like them. Cheap and cheerful. Very similar to the burgers from plain ground beef.

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    700 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Take the package of the ventricles (700 g), defrost, puree them in a blender or grinder. Add the finely chopped onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper, spices, 2 tbsp corn starch (or crumb of white bread soaked in milk). Stir it carefully.

Formed with wet hands cutlets, dip them in flour (or breadcrumbs, as you like) and fry in a skillet like ordinary cakes.

Before serving, promoseven 10-15 minutes under the lid in a small amount of water. Bon appetit!!!
