This recipe I borrowed from "recipe Collection" "school of Gastronome". Nougat we loved it, especially my husband. I cooked it for longer than eaten. And this recipe for our little Yulia(belo4 ka). I hope our belo4 ka sweet tooth.

Cooking
So, first we need to melt the butter and chocolate. I did it in a water bath, for this I used a special pan for boiling milk (it comes with double walls, and between them was filled with water, that turned out a kind of water bath). But you can melt in the microwave. So, in a pan put the chopped chocolate and butter (for this recipe have butter, not spread, which is now sold on every corner)
Chocolate and butter stir periodically until they become smooth, and at the same time very soft.
Here are our supplements. Nuts chop with a knife, and raisins pre-pour boiling water for 10 minutes (after a discard in a colander). If the candied fruit you have large pieces, they also cut (I was originally small cubes).
As soon as our mass was homogeneous, throw in a pan of nuts, raisins, candied fruit (Yes, directly into the hot), mix well and leave to cool slightly (very well somewhere in the cold, but summer, alas, is impossible, and hot to put in the fridge....no). Ready nougat remove the film and cut into pieces. Store the finished nougat in the refrigerator.
