Sometime in the very distant youth, in the year 1978-that is, this recipe gave me one girl friend from Vilnius. Her name was Eugene. Therefore, the cookies I called "Eugene". Bake it quite often: ingredients a bit and is done simply and quickly. Prepare products required for the recipe, so everything was at hand. In a bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon to taste.
