Description

The cheesecake
since the first of November I'm waiting with great anticipation to the time when we can begin to prepare for Christmas holidays... when you can decorate the house with tinsel, balls... spruce and pine branches... serpentine and other such magical paraphernalia... when in the evening you can enjoy Christmas treats and cakes in Santa Claus and the Christmas Tree will not come as a surprise... but on the contrary one needs all the others in a festive and magical way... and, of course, how easy it is to feed kids something useful when this is the useful bright and beautiful looks... I eat cottage cheese a Christmas tree with dried apricots and plums, framed with custard yoghurt, pomegranate and candy..

Cooking

step-0
first make cheese Christmas trees that can be eaten immediately after baking, not smearing cream, but wanted to pokrichat:) so: mix eggs (2 PCs), sugar (1/2 cups), cottage cheese (500грамм) sour cream (2/3стакана) and vanilla until smooth
step-1
gradually add the flour (1.5 cups)
step-2
divide the dough into two parts, one adding chopped dried apricots
step-3
in the second part - the chopped prunes
step-4
coat the baking pan with baking paper, grease with butter, spread in the form of firs cottage cheese
step-5
cook in a preheated 200C oven until Golden brown, I cook about 40 minutes
step-6
while Christmas trees are baked, prepare the cream: with a fork or whisk, mix until smooth eggs (2 pieces), flour (2st.l.), sugar (2st.l.), vanilla and yoghurt (I have ACTIVIA from pineapple), I added a little green food coloring to get a beautiful pistachio color, put all this mixture "in a water bath" and cook, stirring, until thickened, remove from heat, add the butter and mix well to blend so that the mixture creamier and more luxuriant
step-7
one tree spread on a dish, grease with half of the cream
step-8
put on top of the second tree, grease it with the remaining cream
step-9
sprinkle with coconut (optional), pomegranate (or cranberries), chopped colored zacatecano..
step-10
pour a Cup of fragrant mint tea..with honey..and lemon...
step-11
and enjoy a cheese Christmas tree...the taste is very similar to cottage cheese pancakes with dried apricots and prunes, if you want the cakes turned out tender, the flour you need to use less...but my baby loves candy...and the tree turned out exactly like that :)
step-12
pleasant to You of appetite! :)
