Yogurt mix in the vanilla, sugar, melted butter. In a bowl sift the flour, and there sift the remaining dry ingredients - baking powder, salt, soda. Pour the dry ingredients in kefir-egg mixture. Gently stir with a spatula and leave a terrible lumpy dough (if whisking, the pancakes will be flat and rubber) to rest for half an hour - this time is required for swelling of gluten flour. Roast on the middle division of the pan, spreading the mixture with a spoon. Bake on one side until bubbles-holes, flip.
Get a lush and airy. No American I, of course, you have not opened, but I make all these pancakes
