The liver under a fur coat
I don't really like liver. And you can fry the cakes or patties out of it already tired. That's decided something to embellish, so to speak, just fried liver. Turned out very flavorful and hearty dish. The smell still lingers in the apartment. Delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Butter

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil.

Put in refractory form, together with butter, where grilled onions.

The liver cut into slices, roll in flour and fry + salt, pepper. I had the duck, fried whole.

Spread over onions.

Grate cheese on a grater.

Beat eggs with mayonnaise pribavit salt, pepper.

The parsley and grind with cheese, add to eggs. Mix everything carefully.

Pour this mixture into the liver and send in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Temperature 200C.
