Recently I saw on TV this recipe in a virtuoso performance chef of a restaurant. The process was so delicious that I decided to cook. The result is a totally gourmet dish: peach, mint, cream and nuts made with chicken miracle!

Cooking
One of the two peaches cut into slices. Grind walnuts. Wash the mint and parse it on the leaves.
Then very carefully do the following manipulations with the chicken. Each piece with its narrow sides make deep (but not through) the "pocket" (picture on the left), and after that do the same, only a broad "envelope" on top, cutting off a thin layer (on the right in the photo). The main thing - not to cut through anything. We suggest to take with a sharp and thin knife.
In the upper "pockets", put the mint leaves.
Deep inside "pockets" tightly stuffed with peach slices, coated in crushed nuts. If slices in the process, squished nothing.
Stuffed breast with salt, pepper and coat all sides with some butter to ensure that they are evenly fried.
Put the chicken on a hot pan with a little vegetable oil and fry over high heat, turning occasionally.
While the bird roasts, make sauce. To do this, cut into medium pieces the second peach. We spread it in the pan, sprinkle with ground ginger, pour in the whipped cream and turn on medium heat.
In a few minutes we will see that the cream sauce is boiling and chicken is well cooked from all sides. At this point, the fire under the chicken decreases to medium and the sauce off altogether. Both pans cover with lids and wait another 20 minutes. During this time, the bird will reach full readiness in and the peaches in the sauce soaked cream.
Well, finally done! Place the chicken on a plate and pour the sauce on top. As needed decorate.
