Cooking
Filling: Large onion, large carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tomatoes - finely chop. Minced meat fry in the skillet, sprinkle with salt, add the spices (I have curry, oregano, Basil, pepper mix, paprika). Pour in diluted tomato paste (I take a spoonful of paste in 1/4 Cup water). Mix and add chopped vegetables. Fry almost ready to bare the vegetables were raw.
Boil until soft lumaconi (giant snail) Remove on a plate and let them slightly cool and dry.
Sauce: In a metal pan (pan, saucepan - that is, but in the pan easier) put the butter, melt. Slowly add the cream, stir and put the flour. Enter the necessary flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Pour in milk, sprinkle with salt and add the spices (oregano, Basil, sage, I still throw that sauce color was nicer). Not boiling, heated and stirred until the desired degree of thickening (consistency like that of yogurt). Remove from the heat.
Lumaconi stuffed with stuffing
Put in a greased bowl, cover with the sauce and put in oven (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Take out, sprinkle with grated cheese, put back
When the cheese is cooked light Golden brown - pull out, wait to cool and enjoy =))
