Creamy cheesecake dessert with fruit
Very tasty, light and delicate. Cheese you can take low fat, berries or any fruit to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    450 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Fruit

    1 cup

If granular curd to RUB it through a sieve.Thoroughly dissolve gelatin in hot milk to avoid lumps. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla,add the cheese.

Then add cut (if necessary) fruit

Stir and pour a thin stream gelatin-milk mixture,mix and pour into kremanku.Put into the refrigerator until firm.You can then decorate with colored sprinkles to taste.
