Jiaozi or dumplings in Chinese
Very tasty and a variety of filling Chinese dumplings, stuffing more than a hundred. In one small dumplings, where we had dinner the dumplings were just with two dozen toppings. Here I offer you a dumplings with egg and djusai, mushrooms and celery and crab sticks.

Ingredients

  • Dough dumplings

  • Soy sauce

  • Butter

  • Spices

  • Vinegar

From flour, 1 egg and water do the usual dumpling dough, divide it into several parts. Let it stay for 30 minutes. During this time, make the filling.

Mushrooms and celery finely chop.

Cook for about 8-10 minutes (since the filling is already pre-prepared, it is important not to digest).

The Chinese eat dumplings with vinegar and roasted chilli pepper. I had dry red pepper.
