From flour, 1 egg and water do the usual dumpling dough, divide it into several parts. Let it stay for 30 minutes. During this time, make the filling.
Mushrooms and celery finely chop.
Fry in oil for about 5 minutes with soy sauce and spices.
Jusy finely chopped fry in oil, add beaten eggs, soy sauce, spices to make something like scrambled eggs.
Crab sticks chop - in a blender I did on a meat grinder or a fine grater to RUB.
The filling is ready, start to sculpting, I do not give here values how to sculpt the Chinese, in General, as they can sculpt.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes (since the filling is already pre-prepared, it is important not to digest).
The Chinese eat dumplings with vinegar and roasted chilli pepper. I had dry red pepper.
I milled, fry with butter.
Put in a separate bowl pepper and vinegar.
