Cupcakes Red velvet
Red velvet (Red Velvet) one of the most popular American cake. Today I offer You to bake a mini version of the cupcakes with cream.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • The food dye

    1.5 tsp

  • Cheese curd

    340 g

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Powdered sugar

    110 g

Cooking

Soft beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar for 2-3 minutes.

Add the eggs one by one.

And again, mix on medium speed.

The dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, salt) sift and mix in a separate bowl

In yogurt dissolve the dye. In kefir to add and place the soda slaked with boiling water or vinegar. To turn on the oven.
