Branzov pie
Another beautiful Slovak recipe. The original sounds like "Bryndzove posukh". Bake it all year round, products of simple cooking, too. Lovers of cheese or salty cheese will be satisfied. Very tasty with sour cream or milk. Go! Treat!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Yeast

    24 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Dill

    2 tsp

In warm milk stir the yeast.

In half of the flour to pour the yeast. Add butter, egg and salt.

Knead the dough, gradually adding flour. To cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Here is the dough after some time.

Cheese and sour cream mix well.

The dough raskatat on the layer, the size of your baking sheet. I've got 20 to 35cm. Coat a baking sheet with sunflower oil. Spread the dough. Spread on top cheese.

The cheese is smooth and fine, densely sprinkled dry dill. Of course, you can use fresh dill.

Bake in preheated oven at 190гр 35 minutes. That's what ruddy did it!
