Carrot cake
I hasten to share the recipe of delicious cake! Very tender, easy to prepare and doesn't require much hassle and cost!!! Perfect for a Cup of tea as for the festive table, and on a weekday!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Semolina

    15 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beat eggs. Add sugar and again beat well.

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

Add the carrots to the mixture and stir.

To the mixture add the flour, orange zest, baking powder and semolina. Mix well and spread in a baking pan, greased with vegetable oil. And send in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cake to cool in the form. to get. Trim the edges. Cut in half. Each half cut lengthwise into two parts.

Cream: sour Cream mixed with powdered sugar.
