Kambala with Golden brown
Very tasty and beautiful it turns out flounder, fried Golden brown. Flounder goes well with any side dishes, it can apply to lunch or dinner and, depending on the side dish to be served as a light meal or hearty. Simple, fast, delicious.

Ingredients

For a side dish for the fish I took rice "Kuban"in the bags of TM "Mistral". Lower the bag with the rice in the boiling water and simmer for 25 minutes.

Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Put in a bowl, let cool slightly, add a little whipped egg whites, white pepper and 1 tbsp flour.

On a medium grater to grate carrots and zucchini.

Well squeeze juice from grated carrots and zucchini, and add to the mixture of onions, flour and proteins. Stir.

If you are not a fish, it must be separated from the carcass of the flounder's head, gut, wash under the tap and dry with paper towel. Trim the fins from both sides and the tail. Gently heave knife skin and remove it. (If you want to separate the fillet from the bones).

Flounder salt and crumble in the remaining flour.

On each side of the fish, spread the prepared weight of carrots, zucchini, proteins and flour.

Fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes on each side over medium heat, turning once.

It took 25 minutes, the rice was boiled. Remove the bag and let the water drain out.
