"Salds cepiens" (Latvian). This recipe pleased with the result and the original taste of orange notes, cheese in the dough... mmm... dough you can prepare the cakes for the cake, muffins and cupcakes and, with proper preparation, even the rolls.

Cooking
Squeeze the juice from the orange (you can also grate the zest), add the egg, vegetable oil. And stir everything well.
Add milk or water (original recipe specified water) and stir again. That is, all the liquid ingredients already mixed.
Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder, mix well.
Add sugar. Knead until smooth.
Add cornstarch (spoon with a giant slide). If it is too thick, you can add some liquid or juice.
And add cocoa, as well with a large slide (can be more cocoa to add!). Stir.
Last add the cheese. If the cheese grainy, then grind it through a sieve.
Pour into molds, filling 2/3 of the total.
Bake in a preheated oven (I have electric) 10-12 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Very well add to the dough, more vanilla, cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom - baking will instantly become a Christmas fragrance.
Sprinkle the freshly grated zest, or make chocolate glaze.
