Cooking
First make the filling: nuts gathered all that was in the house and milled, and finely chopped, added milk, 50 g sugar and candied fruit, stir. All! Milk may need and a little more, but the filling should not be liquid.
For the dough mix the egg, cottage cheese, vegetable oil, 6 tbsp milk, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar and salt into a homogeneous mass.
Add the flour with the baking powder and knead a soft but not sticky, dough. To cut the dough at once! Don't repeat my mistake: the oven was busy and I was distracted by other things, and the dough at this time, became loose, and therefore the final product - the wreath turned out not so beautiful, as it should be. Alas! but my bad taste is not affected...
Turn on the oven at 180*C. Roll out the dough into a long, rectangular layer on a floured surface, in the middle put the chopped marzipan, a nut-cockatoo stuffing. The edges of the layer suscipiam over the stuffing, roll, rolled into a ring and gently placed in the form with baking paper. Why I did in the form, and even the jar in the middle set? Yes, because the dough really rises, and Your wreath can turn into something strange :) (though tasty). If the dough is to cut from the surface the wreath will be smooth, but not as bad as I get :(
Put the form in preheated oven, bake at 180*C for about 50 minutes. Check for readiness with a dry stick or a knife. Here's a high and rosy wreath will turn out. Shape diameter 26 cm
And a closer look at the context... Very tasty with milk.
