But, believe me, not only will they be delighted with these chops... it's Important to use unsweetened cornflakes! And yet, in this recipe it is recommended to use this spice, as the dried onion flakes (which is added to corn chips). It gives the original rich taste of the chops, but if You fail to find it, just eliminate it from the ingredients. Well, if You want to stay in a more traditional part of cooking these chops, I propose to replace the coated cereal into a mixture of breadcrumbs and small corn flour — also turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Corn flakes

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Powder onion

    10 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml
