You have unexpected guests, this dish is for you. Prepare the meatballs for 15 minutes. Delicious to madness. The breading and marinade make this dish unique.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    800 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    6 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    6 Tbsp

  • Straws

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 230-250*F. Place a straw in the bag and with rolling pin crush. Fold the milled strips in a large bowl.

In a separate wide, shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs with the honey, mustard and soy sauce. Place the flour in a third wide, shallow dish.

Coat fillets in flour, shaking off excess. Then dip in the egg-honey mixture. Then dip in chopped straw and try to get a uniform coating.

Cover the pan with foil and grease with olive oil.

Place the chops on the baking sheet. Bake in the lower oven. Bake for 7 minutes on one side and 7 minutes on the other side until Golden brown, total time no more than 15 minutes.

Additionally, prepare the sauce 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce Kikoman, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp of Dijon mustard.

Remove the chops from the oven. Serve with honey-soy sauce.
