Cooking
Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil, add chopped onion and grated on a grater carrots, salt, continuing to fry.
Boil the rice in salted water until tender. Combine rice with mushroom mass
Zucchini wash, peel, cut into rings of 3-5 cm, remove the core, salt.
Lay squash rings in a greased with vegetable oil form, fill with mushroom filling. You can add a little water for juiciness. I did not add it, just closed the form with a lid.
Grate cheese on a small grater, tomatoes cut into rings. Squash rings sprinkle with cheese, then put the slice of tomato on top again to fall asleep grated cheese
Bake in a hot oven at 200*C until ready (about 40 minutes). Ready zucchini and garnish with greens. Bon appetit!
