Sour cream pudding with blueberry jelly
Very delicate pudding of berries and blueberries with a little sour give the jelly a pleasant flavor combination. I wanted to pamper my husband who came down with fever. Recipe found on the Internet, on the website it seems like not found (if not right, then delete).

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Flour

    8 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Blueberries

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Gelatin

    2 pack

  • Water

    600 ml

Sour cream, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar mix well and boil on a water bath until thick.

In the cooled mass to drive eggs, put the pudding into the form and bake at 200 degrees.

Bake until a nice Browning. The finished pudding to cool in the baking pan.

In 600ml of water to dissolve two packets of gelatin, add sugar to taste. Cast 3 tbsp. in a separate container and mix with one tablespoon of sour cream. In great part of gelatin, add thawed berries.

Pour gelatin with berries in the form of pudding. With one hand, gently stir in the gelatin with sour cream. And gently with a toothpick to mix them, but not uniformly, to get a divorce. To put everything in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Until fully cured.

Then remove the dessert from the mold. Can be fed.
