Pork sausages baked with apples, rosemary and thyme

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Intestine

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Anis

  • Carnation

Cooking

Pork grind the meat on the fine sieve. Add the nutmeg, coriander, sweet paprika, black pepper, salt, cream and melted cheese. All good knead. Dump cheruvu, send sausages in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to ripen.

Wash the apples, cut and remove the core.

Thyme, rosemary wash, dry.

Sausage, slightly flatten, pierce with a skewer. To shift the sausages with the rosemary, sprinkle with thyme. Chop the apples and onions. Put in a baking dish. Well drizzle with olive oil. Apples a little salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 190* in the "oven fan" for 30 minutes.
