Cake
I and my family really love this cake! Prepared quickly, the ingredients a bit, and most importantly - delicious!!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    4 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Whisk the eggs.

To beaten eggs add 1 tbsp. sugar.

Add 1 tbsp. of sour cream.

1. 1 tsp. soda Gasim vinegar or lemon juice. 2. Sift in separate bowl flour and then a thin stream add the whipped eggs, sugar, sour cream and whisk until a homogeneous mass.

Prepare the baking dish - the bottom and edges lightly grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.

Slightly preheat the oven. Pour in a mold with the dough and put to bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.

While baked, prepare the cream. Whisk the cream with the sugar until the volume is doubled, tripled. Add softened butter and whisk again. Put in the refrigerator.

Allow to cool and cut into two parts, one thinner second thickness.

Grease with a thin layer of cream.

And some sweet and sour jam, I have this or apricot slices, or peach-Apple puree.
