Description
Subred – only English biscuit, which is served with tea and coffee. Again, the recipe from the magazine "gourmet." Very tasty, shortbread, crispy
Cooking
The softened (room temperature) butter pound white sugar (I ground the sugar into powder), add raw egg yolk, salt and carefully whisk. Add the flour and thoroughly knead the dough. The dough turns soft. Pinch off a piece and roll it out into a layer 5 mm(I did directly on the parchment paper where you will bake, the size of the pan). A glass cut out circles. Bake in the oven at 150* for 15 minutes. Ready sombrely remove from oven, sprinkle with sugar. Gently shift on a wide plate to cool (they taste better cold, because crunch). Very tasty turned out All a pleasant tea
