Cooking
Knead testo: mix margarine (butter), room temperature, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and flour. The batter should be tender, but not stick to hands, wrap it in foil and put into the refrigerator for an hour.
Cover the bottom with baking paper, in the form of detachable, the sides with butter. Roll the dough out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and put it in shape to wall to 1/2 of the height was covered with the dough. Make nakoly with a fork. Put the parchment on the dough, cover him peas (beans) and place in a preheated 215°C oven for 15 minutes. Then pull out from the parchment with beans (peas) and return the pie to the oven for another 15 minutes.
To prepare vanilla curd, it is necessary to mix (better with a mixer, blender or in a food processor) 400g cottage cheese, 1/2 Cup cream, 1/2 Cup sugar, a package of dry vanilla pudding and 2 more L. flour (heaped) into a homogeneous mass. Then add one or two eggs, should be nice.. lush... a creamy mass.
Similarly, knead chocolate cream cheese filling: mix 400g cottage cheese, 1/2 Cup cream, 1/2 Cup sugar, packing of prepared chocolate pudding and 2 table. L. flour (heaped) into a homogeneous mass, add two eggs to get.. velvety.. chocolate curd.
Nectarine cut into thin slices and put on a sand base, on top, lightly sprinkle the chopped (BUT large) nuts (cashews).
Spread the white (vanilla) curd (I wanted these slides here).
Between the white (vanilla) slides I put chocolate toppings and sprinkle with sesame seeds (I made the headband sesame).
And put our pie in a preheated 180°C oven for 50 minutes.
Give the cake to cool slightly in the form and put it on a serving dish.
Cut into fat slices.. brew strong.. delicious.. flavored tea.. or coffee... and you can eat. Bon appetit! :)
