Cooking
Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites in an elastic foam, and then add half the norm of sugar and blend again on high speed of mixer a few moments.
Beat the yolks in a separate bowl with lemon juice, vodka and lemon zest. Butter room temperature vzbit in a separate bowl until creamy.
To the oil add the remaining half of the sugar and continue to beat until smooth.
To the oil mixture, add the yolk and mix quickly with a spoon until smooth. At this stage, remove the mixer and work with a spatula or spoon. Then add the sifted flour with baking powder and spoon, mix the dough. It seemed to be thick and sticky.
To the dough add the whites and with a spatula clockwise from the bottom up and mix up the proteins in the dough. Form of grease with vegetable oil and put the dough. Send in the oven at 170-160 grams a cake for 50-60 minutes. Focus on dry wooden skewer. The finished cake to cool and decorate at will. I have powdered sugar, but it is great marzipan or lemon frosting.
