Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add sour cream, margarine (melted),baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour. All good whisk. Apples peel and grate on a coarse grater.
On a baking sheet spread half of the dough, then grated apples, then spread the second half of the dough. Bake at 180 degrees in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. I lined a baking sheet with foil greased with butter. Readiness check with a toothpick.
