Fish zavertysh with bow
Small rolls of hake and onion. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Ruzicka called "Fish zavertysh with a bow," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Seasoning

  • Olive oil

Hake fillet is a little beat off and cut into two parts. Fry the onion, although the original recipe used fresh onion. When frying onion sprinkle a little salt mix seasoning.

Bow to put on the edge of the fillet and gently tighten the roll. So the rolls don't unwind, I hold them together with toothpicks. Very comfortable to hold with one hand, rolls with the two sides of the toothpick and flip, to roll in flour, then in egg and again in flour (this method of boning was in the recipe at Rosicki). Hearty egg mix instead of salt salt seasoning.

To ruletikom I fried the potatoes, adding dried dill. Salt is everywhere replaced with seasoning.
