Chuvash fish pie
This cake refers to the Chuvash national cuisine. Feature of it is that the rice, onion and fish cake put layers in the form of cheese. It turns out very tasty. Rice comes to preparedness when baking the cake, soaking the scent of onions and fish. This cake made of the Chuvash is, drinking milk that is put in clay jars on the table.
