  • Yogurt

  • Cranberry

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    6 Tbsp

  • Bran

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Muesli

    1 Tbsp

The recipe is very simple. Grind using a blender with yogurt cranberries (or lingonberries). I had frozen cranberries. Add oats (they don'T need to be quick cooking), sunflower kernels, bran, honey, a spoonful of prepared cereals. Ready-made cereals can not be put - to your taste.
