The birthplace of this dessert is in faraway Scotland. The local ladies liked to indulge yourself with this exquisite and simple dessert. The recipe is incredibly simple. Nevertheless, the dessert is delicious and looks beautiful on the table.

Cooking
To prepare this dessert take sugar brown fine from "Mistral".
Take oatmeal and fry in a dry pan, stirring with a spatula, until Golden brown.
Strawberries wash, remove the stalk.
Grind the strawberries in a blender, puree with 2 tablespoons brown sugar fine from "Mistral".
Whisk the cream with sugar brown fine from "Mistral" (2 tbsp) until soft peaks form.
Add the cream to the cooled toasted cereals, again whisk.
Add the cream whiskey, for children, of course, alcohol is not add. Again all whisk.
Take a glass of stacked layers. First, layer the strawberry puree, then a layer of butter cream with cereal, then again puree and top with butter cream. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate or chips. Decorate with strawberries. This is a dessert you can make with raspberries.
