This cake I prepared on the PD of my daughter. The number of ingredients listed on cake 2 d=26cm - I wanted a high cake. For a simple home tea you can safely take half of the ingredients to make one layer, and you will have a fragrant and wonderful cake! Yes, even in advance want to apologize for the lack of photos in the section. Prepare the cherry compote. It would be most convenient to take the ready canned cherries. But I like to prepare the cherry compote. To do this, take a jar of capacity 750 ml. Fill it to the brim of fresh frozen cherries (the cherries pre-wash and defrost). Fill it with water. It took me about 200 ml of water. Cook pretty concentrated compote with the addition of 3 tbsp of sugar (sugar can take more, try and vary according to your taste). Put the compote to cool. The cooled compote throw in a colander.
