Mandarin dessert
To my delight there is no limit! Sure I will cook it many more times! Share with you the recipe of a delicate, refreshing dessert from my favorite "winter" fruit.

Ingredients

  • Mandarin

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Gelatin

    8 g

Cooking

Cutting off the tops of oranges and gently, using a spoon to remove the slices.

Blend slices and strain the pulp to separate the juice.

Place the gelatin in cold water for 10-15 min, and tangerine juice and bring to boil. For more flavor, you can grind in a blender peel 1 tangerine and add to juice. Put the gelatin in hot juice and mix well until it dissolves.

Beat egg whites with half the norm of sugar and yolks separately with the remaining half.

To combine the yolks with the cooled tangerine juice, then add the cream and lastly whites.

Pour the resulting cream in a tangerine form, or in any other, at your discretion, form. To put our clementines in the freezer at least 3 hours. And you can enjoy this truly winter dessert that is more pleasant to eat from the bowels of the tangerine!
