Description
Dessert "Cherry Tender". When I was a kid, in our house, on the wall hung a tear-off calendar. On the back of the leaflets were printed in various recipes, tips for all occasions etc. My mom didn't throw away the leaves with the most interesting records, and put them in a folder. Rummaging in her filing, on a piece of 4 August 1996, I found this recipe. Dessert turns out tender and airy.

Cooking
Soak gelatine in 1 tablespoon of water and leave for 30 minutes, then heat until dissolved. Cherry blend and mix with gelatin and sugar.
Cream and beat the whites separately. Then, continuing to whisk, mix with the proteins of the cream.
Add the cherries with the gelatin and beat for another 3-4 minutes.
Sort kremanku and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
