Terrine
Delicious, healthy, colorful terrine.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Broccoli

    500 g

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut fish fillet into pieces and grind in a food processor.

Add in minced fish egg, cream, salt and pepper, mix well.

Pumpkin cut into thin slices, put in shape with the foil

On a layer of pumpkin spread minced fish

cut broccoli into florets, spread on minced fish

Take a baking dish the size is bigger, fill it with water 2/3 full and put it in the form of fish meat and vegetables. Cook the terrine in a water bath on the middle shelf of the oven at t 175 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Before serving, put the terrine on a dish and cut into squares, decorate. The terrine can be served as a snack in cold or hot as a main dish. Bon appetit!
