Cooking
Cut fish fillet into pieces and grind in a food processor.
Add in minced fish egg, cream, salt and pepper, mix well.

Take a baking dish the size is bigger, fill it with water 2/3 full and put it in the form of fish meat and vegetables. Cook the terrine in a water bath on the middle shelf of the oven at t 175 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Before serving, put the terrine on a dish and cut into squares, decorate.
