Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

Cooking

Chop the onion, carrots to RUB, the potatoes cut into thin slices (like sausage) fry the Onions in the pan for 4-5 minutes until transparent Add in the pan the carrots and simmer for another 4-5 minutes

Add to the pan the ground beef and sauté until beef becomes brown

Salt and pepper the beef to Grease the baking dish with butter On the bottom of the form put a layer of potatoes

Then a layer of minced meat

Potatoes-stuffing-potatoes-stuffing (number of layers depends on the shape)

On the last layer of meat put the tomatoes

And again cover all the potatoes (it is very important that the last layer it was potatoes, otherwise nothing happens)

Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until potatoes are lightly browned

Whisk eggs with milk and salt (for scrambled eggs) and pour evenly on top of the dish. Then cover with a layer of cheese... Bake in the oven for another 20-25 minutes, until cheese is turning into a ruddy crust. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley (recipe, but I forgot :-[ )
