Lapshevnik meat
Zapekanka delicious with spaghetti, meat and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Spaghetti

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    100 g

Meat grind in a meat grinder

Onion cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil at first onions, add minced meat, salt and pepper to taste (optional to add spice to pizzas and casseroles). Fry until almost cooked

Sweet pepper wash, remove seeds and cut into strips

Cook spaghetti according to instructions in salted water. Drain in a colander to drain the water

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater

Mix spaghetti with sweet peppers and put in a greased form for baking

On top lay a layer of meat with onions

Grated cheese. In a separate bowl mix 100 ml of cream and 5 eggs, add salt, add spices. Fill a casserole with scrambled eggs.

Put bake in a preheated oven at 180-190* 25-30 minutes until "setting" of eggs and browned on top

The finished dish is cut into portions pieces. Sprinkle with chopped greens (optional) and serve hot. BON APPETIT
