Cooking
Finely chop dried figs.
With lemon remove the zest using a fine grater.
Apples are cleaned from the core and peel and cut into slices. Immediately sprinkle them with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Mix with figs and lemon zest.
Granulated sugar, egg and raw egg yolk, beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved 5-7 minutes. Then add the softened butter, milk and stir. Flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder mixed and sifted. Add to egg mixture and knead the dough.
Then beat in the apples, figs, zest and nuts.
For the topping, mix the pine nuts with cinnamon and sugar. Spread the dough in a detachable form, covered with baking paper and greased with butter, on top sprinkle with pine nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. The diameter of form 20 cm
