Quick garlic flatbread with Basil
The whole process takes about half an hour! These aromatic lepeshechki good with the soup, barbecue, cheese, pickles and everything else. In addition, it is an excellent base for different type of spreads. Even it and quick replacement of bread, if such was not at home, and want to eat. In the sifted flour add the yeast, a pinch of sugar. Today I added 1 tsp dried Basil. In sour cream add 1 tsp (no slides) of salt, pounded with 3-4 cloves of garlic, oil and warm water. Mix, pour in the flour and knead the dough.

Table sprinkle with flour, put the dough and promisit it a couple of minutes. Cover it with a towel and leave for 15 minutes. Turn the oven on 180-200, leaving it in the pan.

Lay the triangles onto the hot baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly yellowing, depends on the oven. Not desiccate. All you can eat!

Options: in the dough if desired, add Basil instead of thyme, rosemary, oregano, dried bell pepper slices, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped maslinka, fresh or dry mint, dill or parsley. Also the dough can be cut into strips, squares or to shape it into a mini-Lovosice. I gave the most primitive version.
