Layer cake with Apple and banana
Delicious, aromatic cake will adorn any holiday table or would be a great dessert for a simple tea.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    0.5 kg

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Sugar

The products that we need.

Apples peel and cut into slices. Bananas cut into thin rings or slices.

Take the puff pastry (I have the size of the test was 38 to 27 cm), cut three strips in width of 1-1,5 cm and four wide strips of 3-4 cm

The dough remaining after cutting the strips, will be the basis of the pie. With the jam (you can use a jam or preserves), leaving the edges 3 cm

Spread the sliced banana.

Cover the sliced Apple.

Make a grid of strips, well attach them to the test.
