Soup of pork with Apple
Hello cooks! Probably many of you have already guessed that my "family kitchen" well, did not do without the first, hot! Welcome! The recipe I borrowed from Olga warunik from LJ. The taste is immediately loved by all my household, but I changed the proportions. ... my daughter commented, "If you like "sweet and sour sauce" McDonald's ("Chinese food" - said I), then this soup is for you!"

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

The pieces of meat to wash, dry, finely chop and fry until it will turn brown, adding the chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Add potatoes and carrots, diced/rings. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

On a greased, heated frying pan fry the slices of Apple on both sides.

Add to soup, sugar, vinegar, salt, and roasted apples. Let it sit with the lid closed for at least 10 minutes.
