Cake
Cake-souffle with the taste of ice cream and strawberry yogurt with pieces of peach. Very tasty and tender!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Ice cream

    420 g

  • Yogurt

    450 g

  • Gelatin

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Peach

    1 can

Pour the gelatin with cold water and leave for 40-60 minutes.

To get ice cream from the freezer. It should melt to a mushy mass.

Begin to prepare the dough. Grind eggs with sugar. Add melted margarine, sweet chocolate, flour, baking powder, sugar. All mix thoroughly until smooth. Dough consistency is obtained as thick cream. Put it into the form (I, diameter 24 cm) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

While our cake is baking, prepare the peaches (I had homemade).

Slice stripes (the shape of a Crescent).

Here's our cake is ready. Allow to cool and carefully remove from the mold. Shape cover with cling film. At the bottom of the form put the cake.

On the cake put the pieces of peaches.

To dissolve the gelatin, not boiling. Melted ice cream beat with a mixer at medium speed and a thin stream pour the cooled gelatin (HALF!!!, the second half we needed for the yogurt).

Pour the resulting mass on top of the cake with peaches. And put in the fridge for 30 min.

Next, put the already set cake peaches.

Whisking with a mixer input in the yogurt the second half of the gelatin (it again will have to dissolve). And pour yogurt on our cake. And again put in the refrigerator, but this time for 3-4 hours (I had a night in the fridge).

Then gently remove the sides from the mold. Put the cake onto a plate and carefully remove plastic wrap from cake. Decorate on your own...

I decorated the cake with whipped cream using a pastry syringe.
